SHIPPING POLICY
At BMK Bonsai Nursery, we guarantee that we will ship you the tree in the photo. We will ship your item promptly (weather permitting) after payment is received. We will pack your plant to our best ability in order to provide the safest shipping.

UPS Ground can have long transit times to states that are the farthest from Minnesota. Some examples are CA, CO, WA, etc. can have a 1 week delivery time and is very stressful on the trees. We cannot guarantee the safe arrival of plants if you choose UPS Ground and your transit time is over 4 days. We recommend upgrading to UPS 3-day Air service for the safe arrival of plants.

Buyer agrees to pay shipping/packaging cost before the tree leaves
Because trees vary in size and weight, and distance to ship to buyer varies, no fixed costs can be quoted up front.

If there is a problem after we ship the trees to you, it is the responsibility of the buyer to contact the shipper for refund.

All sales are final. Because these are live plants we are unable to accept returns. We are unable to offer guarantees of your ability to keep a plant alive. Please ensure you are horticulturally qualified to handle your purchase.

Once trees leave our facility, watering, fertilizing, etc. is beyond our control. We assume you are a responsible and knowledgeable person in the care and needs of the bonsai tree(s) you are purchasing. Therefore, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that BMK Bonsai makes no warranties once the tree leaves our nursery. All bonsai trees are sold "as is." Sales are considered final. No refunds or exchanges will be offered in any instance. BMK Bonsai assumes no responsibility for the health and welfare of the tree(s) after they have left our nursery. Any damages must be made through the shipping carrier.

The buyer must report shipping damage within 12 hours of receipt to the shipping company. Shipping is stressful for any plant. Some foliage loss or browning may occur during or shortly after shipping.

The following is the Terms and Conditions of the agreement between BMK Bonsai and the buyer.
At BMK Bonsai Nursery, we try to keep our site current, all items are subject to prior sale at the nursery or other sale sites. To be certain the tree you want is available, please contact us at 612-860-2752.
We are currently not shipping trees. All trees are Pick Up Only at our nursery - please call for directions.

Buyer is responsible for the health of tree once it leaves the nursery.
